Alpha International Academy’s administration and marketing department are currently looking for 3 employees on a permanent full-time basis.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Perform general administrative duties upon request
- Efficiently handle reception of students and respond to student inquires and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and optimize the operations of the office
- Plan and organize student events and activities; Encourage student participation
- Represent Alpha International Academy to prospective students and promote alpha programs
Potential candidates must have:
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced office computer applications skills
- Ability to prioritize, effectively manage time, be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- High level of professionalism; Be responsible and dependable
